Phase 1 — Business Development Platform
Pre-Launch Stage
Objective: to establish Asser Care's official digital presence and deliver a professional business platform that represents the company before its operational launch — presenting the project to hospitals, rehabilitation & physiotherapy centers, medical transportation providers, and medical hotels, signing Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs), building the initial partner network, and presenting to investors. The platform can receive medical case submissions but does not represent the official operational launch.

5Be a Partner — Partner Registration & Onboarding
- A "Be a Partner" section for hospitals, centers, clinics and providers
- Create a partner account (email & password) and log in
- Enter full facility details, contact information and location
- Upload the Company Profile and introductory documents
- Add services, rehabilitation programs, and doctors' names, specialties & qualifications
- Upload licenses, certificates and accreditations
- A dedicated Partner Dashboard to manage information and track application status
- Partnership agreement workflow: the partner reviews the standard agreement online and accepts / e-signs it (defining the terms, commercial model and commission). An automated notification then reaches the admin to review the details and documents and approve or reject the request; once approved, the account is activated as an approved partner and added to the Partner Network.

Phase 1.2 — Operational Activation
Post-Setup Stage
Begins after the legal & operational setup is complete: Commercial Registration · Business License · Official company bank account · Official business mobile number · Official payment-provider integration. Built on top of the Phase 1 platform without rebuilding the system.

- A full notification system that automatically informs the patient via WhatsApp and email on every status change: Request Received · Under Medical Review · Additional Information Required · Treatment Plan Ready · Payment Required · Payment Confirmed · Case Closed.
